Assembly Operator
Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £12.72–£13.48 per hour DOE
Hours: 39 hours per week, days with a 1pm Friday finish

An established engineering manufacturer is seeking an Assembly Operator to join its busy production team.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, engineering, quality inspection or a similar environment. You’ll work with components and products to high standards, using basic technical drawings and small hand tools.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble, mask, seal and finish components to required standards

Read and follow basic technical and engineering drawings

Use small hand tools and production equipment safely

Check work for quality, accuracy and finish

Work to production deadlines and maintain high standards

Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
About You

Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, engineering, quality or a similar hands-on environment

Able to read and understand basic technical or engineering drawings

Comfortable using small hand tools

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Reliable, proactive and willing to learn

Good verbal and written communication skills
