The Sales Administrator role provides a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £3,000. The position operates from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a supportive work environment and potential for progression within the company.

Manage and maintain sales documentation and records
Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Assist in processing vehicle sales and related finance paperwork
Liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth sales operations
Update and maintain CRM systems accurately
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancementRequirements for the Sales Administrator:
Proven experience in sales support or administration within the motor trade or related industry
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics; further business administration qualifications are desirable
Willingness to work on a rota basis for occasional weekend shifts
Strong team player with a professional and positive attitude
