LT Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance) – Basildon
We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Warehouse Operative to join a large industrial client in Basildon. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent career progression for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
· Monday to Thursday: 06:45 – 15:45
· Friday: 06:45 – 11:45
· 39 paid hours per week
Pay & Benefits:
· £13.50 per hour
· Weekday & Weekend overtime available – enhanced pay!
· Pay review after 3 months, with the potential for an increase based on performance
· Early finish every Friday
· Temp-to-perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
· Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
· Loading and unloading vehicles
· Moving stock around the warehouse and production areas
· Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
· Assisting with goods in/goods out
· Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
· Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
· Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
· Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
· Previous FLT and warehouse experience
· Good level of English
· Reliable, hardworking and punctual
· Physically fit and happy to undertake manual handling
· Own transport is beneficial due to the location
