🌟 What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Ecommerce Customer Service team, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice behind our brand - supporting customers across live chat, email and online platforms. Every day brings something different. You will:
Respond to customer enquiries via live chat, email and online ticketing systems
Support customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds and product questions
Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, accurate resolutions
Deliver an exceptional digital customer experience with every interaction
Update customer accounts, process requests and maintain accurate records
Work closely with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, product, marketing) to resolve queries quickly
Spot trends in customer feedback and share insights to improve the online journey
Represent the brand with warmth, professionalism and confidence

💡 What You'll Bring
Experience in customer service, ideally in ecommerce, retail or contact centre
Confidence communicating across chat, email and digital channels
Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail
Ability to multitask across systems while staying calm and organised
A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
Experience with online order systems or CRM tools is a bonus
