Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributer who are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team during an exciting period of growth. Working in a well-established team, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming Customer contact.
Responsibilities

Processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers for the UK and globally

Booking courier and creating commercial invoices

Fact-finding about customer needs, providing quotes and following up enquires

Responding and communicating with customers regarding customer orders and stock queries

Tracking customer orders, liaising with couriers and seeing through to successful delivery

Utilising a CRM system to maintain customer details and process orders

Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits

Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members
