Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering exclusively with long‑established manufacturing business based in Northwich. They are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with genuine potential for the role to become permanent.
⭐ The Role
This is a varied customer service position where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service delivery. You’ll work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to keep everything running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders from the sales team, customers, and distributors
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate order records
Liaising with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment
Providing general administrative support to the wider team

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, and comfortable working with data.
You will need:
Strong customer service or order processing experience
Good Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
