Customer Support Coordinator Warrington up to £30,000 DOE.
We are recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and SAP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Create and amend pricing offers within SAP

Investigate and resolve invoice queries

Process credit requests and SAP credits

Support monthly team targets and task completion

Respond to pricing queries from customers and internal teams

Process and maintain customer account requests
-
Maintain communication regarding customer accounts
-
Complete customer pricing and product spreadsheets
-
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries
-
Manage monthly pricing renewals in SAP
-
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing updates
-
Order products and maintain PO records
-
Provide reports and pricing information to managers
-
Request proof of delivery documents for customers
Experience/Skills required
-
Previous experience in customer support, coordination, or administration
-
SAP experience desirable
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Excellent attention to detail
-
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-
Able to work effectively in a team environment
