Production Operative (Plastic Injection Moulding)
Near Chipping Norton / Enstone, Oxfordshire
£30,500 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm

Our client is a well-established manufacturer with over 40 years’ experience producing innovative plastic-based safety products used across construction, highways, and infrastructure sectors.
Operating from a modern facility in Oxfordshire, they design and manufacture high-quality, sustainable products – many made from recycled materials – supplying customers across the UK and internationally.
The Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team, working within the plastic injection moulding department.
This is a hands-on role working with machinery to produce high-volume plastic components used in safety equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Operating plastic injection moulding machines

Loading raw materials and monitoring production cycles

Removing finished products from moulds

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Trimming, finishing, and preparing products for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working efficiently to meet production targets
Working Hours

Monday to Thursday

6:00am – 6:00pm

3-day weekend every week

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (injection moulding advantageous but not essential)
