Warehouse Operative with Reach FLT Licence
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: From £12.71 per hour (pay rise after 12 weeks)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours
Initial Temporary Period:
- Monday to Friday: Day shifts (8am - 4:30pm) (early finish on Friday)
Permanent Contract:
- Rotating day shifts between early and late start times
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse and distribution team in Banbury. This is a hands-on role combining forklift truck duties with general warehouse responsibilities, suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely

Loading and unloading deliveries

Moving stock around the warehouse

Picking, packing, and preparing orders

Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements

Valid Reach FLT licence

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Good level of fitness and ability to carry out manual handling tasks

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Able to work independently and as part of a team
