Warehouse / Workshop Operative (Water Pump Manufacturing)
Bicester | Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 | Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £16.41 per hour
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Workshop Operative to join a well-established company in Bicester, specialising in the manufacture and assembly of water pumps.
This is a hands-on role within a workshop environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and has a basic understanding of electrical systems. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to develop your skills and secure a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities

Assembling and building water pump systems

Working from basic drawings and instructions

Using hand and power tools

Supporting general workshop and warehouse duties

Assisting with wiring and basic electrical components

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
About You

Basic understanding of electrical systems (not essential to be qualified)

Practical and hands-on approach to work

Reliable and hard-working

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
