Job Description:
We’re currently looking to recruit a skilled Factory worker to join our Coating Department in Bicester, reporting into the Shift Leader on the WEEKEND SHIFT
This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the shift, working as part of a small team to deliver high-quality coated finishes in line with production targets and customer specifications.
Schedule
Friday, Saturday and Sunday ongoing work
6AM - 6PM - DAY SHIFT
6PM - 6AM - NIGHT SHIFT
What the role involves:
Quality Assurance
You’ll carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks (film thickness, adhesion where required), segregate non-conforming product, and maintain finish standards in line with internal and customer expectations.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
You must operate in line with COSHH, PPE requirements and safe systems of work, handling powders and chemicals safely and reporting any hazards, incidents or equipment faults immediately.
Production & Team Contribution
You’ll work to daily production targets, communicate effectively with pre-treatment, loading and packing teams, support continuous improvement, and assist with mentoring where required.
