About the Role
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support individuals within the community across Essex. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by helping people maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks

Assisting with medication (where required)

Supporting clients with mobility and companionship

Traveling between clients’ homes within the community

Maintaining accurate care records
Requirements

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care role

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

Willingness to travel within the community
