About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Replenishment Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Harlow. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on staying active and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Replenishing stock across the warehouse to ensure consistent product availability

Handling and moving goods, including heavy lifting on a regular basis

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Accurately locating and storing items in the correct warehouse positions

Supporting picking and packing teams during peak periods

Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:

Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good level of physical fitness and stamina

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Previous warehouse or replenishment experience is desirable but not essential
