Your Role:
· You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Tidworth and Bulford Asset and Data Team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
· You will maintain accurate documentation, support data integrity, and facilitate smooth operational workflows.
· You will adhere to ADSL’s Values and Standards and comply with company management policies and procedures.
· You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asset and Data Team daily, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
· You will prepare and organise pre-survey documentation for monthly allocated asset condition survey work orders, including compiling relevant files and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· You will develop RHFI pre-survey documentation and mapping, ensuring all required data is captured and formatted correctly for operational use.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: A minimum of five GCSE level, or equivalent, including Grade C in English Language and Maths is essential for this role. Computer Literature. .

Experience: It is essential to have proven experience of office administration work for this role, preferably within a technical environment. In addition, excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (particularly Excel), the ability to show initiative and maintain accuracy when completing tasks are also key for this role.

Skills: The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain positive, constructive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders are needed traits for this role. In addition, fostering a cooperative working environment by demonstrating strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to shared objectives are also necessary skills.
