Data Entry Administrator (6‑Month Temporary Contract)
£13.50/£14.00 per hour
Part Time - 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Data Entry Administrator to join this small team on a 6‑month temporary basis. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working with systems.
What you'll be doing
Accurately inputting, reviewing, and updating data within the CRM systems (Keystone)
Ensuring all information is correct, consistent, and up to date
Following data processes and quality‑checking your own work
Supporting the wider team with system updates and general administrative tasksWhat we're looking for
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality, accurate work
Confident using computer systems and able to learn new platforms quickly
Previous experience with CRM systems - knowledge of Keystone is highly desirable
Reliable, organised, and comfortable working across multiple tasks
Someone who enjoys a steady, process‑driven workloadWorking hours
