As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Maintaining templates, databases and documentation
• Following up quotations and updating the quote database
• Preparing sales orders, BOMs and manufacturing packages (training provided)
• Processing customer orders and supporting contract managers when required
As an Operations Administrator, your experience will include:
• Confident communication, especially over the phone
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills (essential)
• Problem solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing or similar environment (advantageous)
• Experience with Sage (advantageous, not essential)
