They are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused People Team Coordinator to take ownership of recruitment and onboarding coordination, ensuring a professional, efficient and engaging experience for every candidate and new starter.
Alongside this, you’ll support wider People administration and employee relations activity, contributing to a high-performing and positive workplace.
Where You’ll Add Value
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Manage the ATS and candidate profiles to ensure efficient and up-to-date hiring activity.
Support hiring managers through the recruitment process, maintaining clear timelines and documentation.
Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
Prepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding materials.
Ensure compliance and accuracy of all recruitment and onboarding paperwork.People Team & Employee Relations Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
Support day-to-day People Team administration including document management, data entry, note taking and compliance checks.
Assist with reporting and tracking key people metrics.Skills & Behaviours Required
