Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Fostering Team for Buckinghamshire Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a fostering team responsible for the supervision and support of foster carers.

Oversee the recruitment, assessment, and approval process for prospective foster carers.

Ensure high-quality Form F assessments and reports are prepared for fostering panel.

Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to Supervising Social Workers within the team.

Ensure foster carers receive appropriate training, support, and supervision to meet the needs of children in care.

Work closely with placement teams and children's social workers to identify suitable placements for children.

Monitor performance, ensure compliance with fostering regulations, and maintain high standards of practice.

£45 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
-
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
-
Significant experience within fostering services
-
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role

Social Work England Registration
-
Thorough knowledge of fostering regulations and statutory guidance
