Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH Team for Buckinghamshire Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming safeguarding referrals within a fast-paced MASH environment.
- Screening, triaging, and assessing referrals to determine appropriate levels of intervention.
- Working closely with multi-agency partners to gather and share information effectively.
- Making timely decisions to safeguard children and young people.
- Ensuring all case recordings and reports are completed accurately and in line with statutory guidelines.

Applying a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and thresholds.

£38 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
- Experience within MASH or front-door services
- Social Work England Registration

Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and multi-agency working
