Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join the MASH Team for Buckinghamshire Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Team Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy MASH Team.
- Overseeing the screening and triaging of referrals, ensuring timely safeguarding decisions.
- Supervising and supporting Social Workers, promoting high standards of practice.
- Working within a multi-agency environment, liaising with police, health, and education partners.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.

Quality assuring work and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Pay Rate:

Up to £42 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
- Experience within MASH or front door services
- Experience in a supervisory or senior role
- Social Work England Registration

Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and multi-agency working
