Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to help with administration duties across the HR / training department
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience.
This role is full-time and temporary for 6 months. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -4pm or 9am -5pm
your responsibilities will include:
Assist with clearing through training folders.
Ensure all client portals are up to date
Dealing with incoming Emails
Ensure all purchase orders are update on the internal CRM system
Speak to existing clients via telephone
The ideal candidate:
Be available immediately for up to 6 months
Used to working on Microsoft packages
Be proactive and organised
