A company with new offices in Manchester city centre are looking to recruit a professional receptionist. This opportunity is temp to perm. This site will be a main hub for the business across the UK and you will be representing the business as front of house.
Your new role
Managing the reception desk as the first point of contact for the company
Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
Greeting staff members and visitors
Signing guests into the building
Answering calls, assisting where possible and directing to other areas of the business
Responding to building related queries and room bookings
Handling post and deliveries
Ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
What you'll need to succeed
Previous reception experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Confident in communicating with senior members
Organised
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat you'll get in return
Permanent opportunity after the first couple of months
Excellent training program. Although this role will be based in Manchester city centre, you may have to travel to other sites for training.
New bespoke offices in the heart of Manchester city centre
Full-time hours 8:30am till 5pm
