What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day finance function, with real responsibility from day one:
Owning the Credit Control process and keeping cash flowing
Posting daily bank payments and completing weekly bank reconciliations
Reviewing credit card spend and posting accurately to the GL
Preparing and sending weekly sales reporting to Group
Supporting the Finance Manager with budgets and forecasting
Producing daily cash reports across multiple bank accounts
Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and resolving supplier queries professionally
Getting involved in ad-hoc finance projects as the business continues to grow
This role gives you broad exposure across finance — from transactional work through to reporting and budgeting support.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
✔ Detail-oriented and highly accurate
✔ Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
✔ Comfortable using Excel (filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF etc.)
✔ Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
✔ A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
✔ Experienced in credit control
