Salary: £26,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (hours 8.00 am - 4.00 pm or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, totaling 37.5 hours a week)

Our client, a respected private specialist is recruiting a Customer Coordinator to join their warm and growing administration team.
The successful candidate will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to appointment and follow-up, ensuring every interaction is professional and reassuring. This is a busy, front-of-house role liaising with specialists, managers and external partners, with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
Key responsibilities
Meet and greet all visitors and provide a high level of customer service at all times
Manage customers needs
Book follow-up appointment/bookings
Maintain records and files on internal systems and updating when needed
Maintain the reception environment to high standards
Taking payments
Serve as GDPR lead for the site; Fire Marshall and Health & Safety lead.
Answering customers queries via email, letter, and phone
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Actioning emails
Skills & experience
Administration/front-of-house experience with confident telephone handling
Outgoing, confident personality with excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Comfortable working under pressure and flexible with hours
Proficient with Microsoft Office
