We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Basildon on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development while gaining valuable experience in education.
Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom and small-group support to pupils
Assist with learning activities and help students stay engaged
Support pupils' behaviour, wellbeing, and confidence
Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to help pupils achieve their potential

Experience in education is a plus, but full training and support will be provided
