What you’ll be doing
As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel supported, included, and ready to learn.
Your day might include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs
Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in the classroom
Supporting teachers with inclusive learning strategies
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Creating a calm, supportive environment where every pupil feels seen
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to have worked in a school before, but the right mindset makes all the difference.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children, young people, or SEND (in school, care, coaching, youth work, or similar)
Is patient, calm, and confident building relationships
Wants to help pupils who may need extra encouragement
Is reliable, positive, and ready to jump into school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
