About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and welcoming Education Project Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract, with the possibility of extension based on school needs. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school office and supporting staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors
Manage phone calls, emails, and daily reception duties
Maintain and update student records across school systems
Support attendance monitoring and reporting tasks
Assist with admissions, enrolment, and general pupil administration
Prepare documents, letters, and communication materials
Support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
Contribute to the coordination of school events, meetings, and activities
Keep the office environment organised and efficient
About You
We are seeking someone who:
Has strong organisational and administrative skills
Communicates well with a wide range of people
Is confident using Microsoft 365 and school systems (training provided if needed)
Can multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Is flexible, reliable, and able to work well within a team
Has previous school office experience (essential)
