The Role – Learning Support Assistant
Seeking a committed and resilient Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to support learning on a 1:1 and small-group basis, help pupils remain engaged in lessons and contribute to behaviour support strategies. The role involves building positive relationships, supporting emotional regulation and helping to maintain a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
