We are recruiting for on behalf of our client who are recruiting due to expansion and are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy and friendly team in Chelmsford.
This is a hands on, fast paced role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and hitting targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
What You Will Be Doing:

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards

Supporting production tasks, including operating machinery (full training provided)

Using handheld scanners and computer systems

Working towards daily productivity targets as part of a team

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
Who We Are Looking For:
-
Recent warehouse or fulfilment experience
-
Backgrounds welcome from retail warehouses, courier companies, manufacturing, or fulfilment centres

Confident using handheld scanners and basic computer systems

Reliable, hardworking, and ready to get stuck in

Comfortable working at pace and meeting targets

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.00 pm (45 paid hours)
