Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £13.49 p/h to start
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Contract Type: Full time, Temp on-going (perm for the right person)
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
As the Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

Manage incoming enquiries, ensuring they are accurately routed to the appropriate teams to support timely resolution and maximise sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer records

Generate and qualify leads using external databases and technical enquiries

Support the team with communications, including new products & market research.
An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have:

Confident making outgoing calls.

Possess an excellent telephone manner.

Proven experience working within a busy customer service environment.
