Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business on the outskirts of Haverhill, to assist with their busy spell. This is a busy, modern facility looking for pickers and packers to process orders.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack products accurately in line with order specifications and quality standards.

Work to set targets and KPIs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout each shift.

Handle products with care, ensuring all items are packed to company presentation standards.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals and uphold warehouse standards
Hours & Pay:
· Full-time, temporary
· Day Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. 1 in 3 weeks Tuesday - Saturday
· £12.60 per hour
Requirements:

A reliable and consistent approach to work, with excellent timekeeping and attendance.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Able to follow instructions clearly and work effectively as part of a team.

Previous picking and packing experience is desirable but not essential
