We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. You’ll be the friendly and professional voice of Tarmac, supporting our valued customers and helping us deliver excellence every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service. Your day-to-day will include:
Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone and email with speed and accuracy
Creating positive experiences with every interaction
Performing precise data entry and sales processing
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Spotting opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
Communicating with departments like Finance, Depot, and Purchasing
Supporting product delivery and contributing to business success
Building product knowledge and sharing insights with stakeholdersThis is a Monday to Friday role, with a rostered Saturday morning (worked from home). After successful training, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working as part of a team rotation.
