Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fully office-based role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and helpful service across multiple channels.
You’ll handle enquiries via telephone, web chat and email, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring their questions and requests are resolved efficiently. There will also be occasional opportunities to identify and upsell suitable products or services, where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer support in both German and English

Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
