Customer Service Advisor - Colchester, Temporary Ongoing
We are recruiting for our Colchester based client, who are seeking temporary support to begin from Tuesday 10th March on an ongoing basis. This is a telephone based position, therefore having previous customer service experience is essential.
Duties will include:
Conducting calls following a short script and booking appointments into diaries
Updating the CRM system
Working as part of a team ensuring company policies are adhered to Candidate requirements:
Previous customer service experience (within an office environment)
Excellent telephone manner
Able to begin work on Tuesday 10th March Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with 1 hour lunch.
Please note, this is an office based position with no parking available on-site however company location is a short walk from Colchester town.
