Job Description:
Our client is a prestigious motorcycle manufacturer based in Hinckley. They are looking for experienced operatives to work in their Assembly Facility
Rate of pay is £15.27 per hour.
Hours of work:
(Maybe required to work until 5pm depending on build plan)
The role:

Component assembly using hand and air tools

Packing bikes for despatch

Be confident in dealing with small parts
The job mainly involves working on stationary bikes - so you will be standing for long periods of time. You will also be required to work with takt times - so speed and dexterity is an essential skill for this job. You will also be required to move bikes around the warehouse to the rework area via a Forklift Truck.
The Successful Assembly Operative will:

Ideally have experience in working within an assembly/ production environment, however training can be provided.

Counterbalance/Forklift accredited licence (internal licences will not be accepted)

Be a keen team player in a fast-paced environment, working along tight deadlines.

Have excellent Timekeeping and Attendance.
