Warehouse Administrator – Burton on Trent
Shift: 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday Location: Burton on Trent, a short walk from the train station with excellent public transport links

Pay & Progression
Starting rate: £12.55 per hour
Post‑training rate: £14.19 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
Booking in deliveries and completing goods‑in documentation with accuracy
Preparing dispatch forms and ensuring all outbound paperwork is correct
Keeping stock movement records updated—digitally and on paper
Working closely with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries
Supporting stock checks and helping maintain accurate inventory
Using Microsoft Word and Excel to update logs, create reports, and track activity
What You’ll Bring
Experience in warehouse administration or a similar role
Confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Clear communication and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
⭐ Even Better If You Have
Experience with Navision / Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Hands‑on experience booking in deliveries and completing goods‑in tasks
Familiarity with dispatch paperwork and outbound operations
