WE Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established content and events organisation that produces high-quality editorial and insight-led content for professional audiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate who is interested in building a career in content production, editorial work, or journalism, and who is keen to gain hands-on experience across digital publishing and live events.
The Role
Working closely with experienced editorial and events teams, you’ll support the production of accurate, engaging content across digital and print platforms, while also assisting with the coordination of a busy programme of professional events.
This is a varied, hands-on role that offers strong exposure to the end-to-end content process, from idea generation through to publication and event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Uploading, formatting, and publishing articles using a content management system (CMS)
· Proofreading content and carrying out quality checks prior to publication
· Monitoring news sources and press releases to help identify relevant story ideas
· Liaising with contributors and internal teams to support editorial deadlines
· Providing administrative support for events, including inbox management and attendee lists
· Preparing briefing notes, schedules, and event-related materials
· Supporting on-the-day event activity, such as registration and note-taking
· Maintaining databases, shared calendars, and internal records
· Assisting with general editorial and team administration
What we’re looking for:
· Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
· Good organisational and time-management abilities
· A genuine interest in content production, journalism, media, or publishing
· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn across a range of tasks
· Confidence using everyday digital tools (CMS platforms, spreadsheets, email)
· Relevant internships, student media involvement, or office experience is helpful but not essential
