The Junior Accounts role provides administrative and transactional support to the finance function across SITU Group. The role assists with day-to-day financial processing, record-keeping and data entry to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Acting as an entry-level finance position, the role supports the wider finance team while developing practical accounting knowledge and experience. The role plays an important part in maintaining financial accuracy, consistency and control across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Support:

· Assist with processing purchase invoices and credit notes

· Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes where required
-
· Support supplier account queries and statement reconciliations

· Assist with preparation of payment runs
Financial Administration:

· Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation

· Support data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets

· Assist with month-end processing and reconciliations

· Support audit preparation and information requests
