This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious business at a truly exciting stage of expansion. You'll play a key role in keeping the legal, accounting and wider office teams running smoothly, gaining valuable insight into the day‑to‑day workings of a busy professional practice.

Please note: travel between two local offices will be required, so access to your own transport is essential.
What you'll be doing
Preparing new client files and supporting smooth onboarding processes
Managing client identification and checks using DocuSign and other digital systems
Ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant and accurately stored
Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism, taking clear messages and directing queries
Welcoming clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional front‑of‑house experience
Opening, scanning and distributing daily post, and preparing outgoing mail
Filing documents accurately within the case management system
Providing flexible admin support to lawyers and the wider team
Assisting with office supplies, stationery and ad‑hoc tasks to keep the office running seamlesslyWhat you'll bring
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
A discreet, reliable approach and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
A positive, can‑do attitude and readiness to support colleagues
A clean driving licence (essential for travel between Hampshire sites)
Previous admin experience (professional services experience is a bonus, but not essential)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
