Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator (Remote)
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to London / North Kent Hours: Monday to Friday, full time Contract: Permanent
A well-established consultancy is seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support its commercial activity on a long-term, remote basis.
This is not a sales role. Instead, it is a structured support and operations position, focused on ensuring sales and marketing activity is organised, well-documented and accurately tracked. The business works in a fast-moving consultancy environment where priorities can change frequently, requiring flexibility, sound judgement and strong organisational discipline.
While commercially run, the organisation’s projects ultimately support improved digital access and quality of life for people who can be disadvantaged by poorly designed services.
The role
You will support the smooth running of sales and marketing activity by maintaining systems, data and coordination, allowing senior consultants to focus on client relationships and delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
· Supporting CRM management, data accuracy and pipeline administration
· Coordinating sales and marketing activity behind the scenes
· Managing follow-ups, next steps and documentation
· Supporting marketing outputs and campaign-related data where required
· Producing reports and trackers, including Excel-based reporting
· Coordinating meetings, schedules and diary requirements
· Responding calmly and effectively to changing priorities and requests
· Supporting continuous improvement of processes and systems
About you
You will bring:
· Experience in sales support, marketing operations, CRM coordination or commercial administration
· Strong IT literacy, including CRM systems and Excel
· Confidence working fully remote with minimal supervision
· Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
· The ability to juggle competing priorities without losing momentum
· A preference for long-term roles rather than short-term moves
Applicants based in North Kent or London are strongly preferred.
Why apply?
· £38,000 – £40,000 salary
· Fully remote role with occasional travel
· Stable, professional working environment
· Opportunity to support commercially run projects with genuine social impact
