Job Description:
Flowrite is the UK’s leading National Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Company specialising in reactive repair, maintenance and installations within the Leisure & Hospitality, Retail, Commercial and Public sectors. Working as a key connection point between our Contract Admin team & our clients financial team. This fast-paced role requires accuracy to remain at its core & strong character due to the high pressure during peak season.
Key Responsibilities:

Review completed jobs to ensure all details align with customer portal requirements.

Identify and resolve any errors in a timely and professional manner.

Process and manage engineer uplift requests, ensuring approvals are handled efficiently.

Take full ownership of queries and discrepancies through to resolution.
Order Measuring

Cross-check engineers’ completed works against client purchase orders
-
Ensure all documentation matches accurately before progressing for payment.

Maintain high levels of attention to detail across all administrative processes.
Query Resolution

Investigate and manage discrepancies between internal records and customer systems.

Liaise with clients’ finance teams and internal departments to resolve issues.

Follow through on all queries to ensure a satisfactory outcome and successful payment.
Experience Required:

Good IT skills including use of Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

Numerate
-
Previous experience working within a busy commercial environment

Experience measuring work completed and preparing accurate invoices within an engineering or construction environment (Desirable)
