Hyde is looking for a Project Assistant to join our Portfolio Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in real estate with great opportunities to learn on the job and develop skills and knowledge in portfolio transactions.
As a Project Assistant at Hyde, you will provide effective, efficient, and proactive project and administrative support to the Void Disposal Programme, Portfolio and Tenanted transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring information systems run smoothly, helping to obtain key data and documents that are needed for portfolio sales and supporting the team in co-ordinating various projects to ensure they complete to given deadlines.
Role

Provide project and administrative supporting on the void disposal programme, portfolio and tenanted transactions

Manage, and maintain information and input to various administrative, property and payment systems

Review Compliance documentation to ensure they meet requirements and produce any gap analysis

Attending meetings internal, produce meeting notes and actions and monitor/manage actions

Structuring and populating data rooms/sharefile with extensive document review and upload
Essential skills + experience

Good to intermediate excel skills

Ability to prepare clear and accurate information for inclusion in internal and external reporting
