We are the drivers of change. #LI-Hybrid This is the jobAs a Data Scientist, you’ll apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to solve complex business problems, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure data is leveraged effectively and responsibly. What will I be doing?Applying advanced analytics, visualisation, and data science techniques to business challengesDeveloping and deploying machine learning models and statistical solutionsWriting efficient SQL and prototyping new metricsStructuring large, ill-defined problems into clear, actionable solutionsCollaborating with teams to deliver insights and present findings to senior stakeholdersSupporting data governance and compliance, including GDPRWhat do I need?Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modelling techniquesExperience with machine learning algorithms and data science toolsFamiliarity with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and agile delivery tools (e.g., GIT, JIRA)Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholdersUnderstanding of GDPR and data governance principlesNumerate degree in analytics, data science, operational research, or equivalent experience Additional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
