Responsibilities
Review and validate purchase orders against quotes, credit limits, and customer details
Raise sales orders and purchase orders using SAP
Place and track orders with vendors, ensuring all licences and documentation are receipted
Liaise with Finance to support smooth and accurate invoicing
Resolve or escalate order queries to minimise delays
Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date
Support the wider team during busy periods
This role is key to ensuring orders are right first time and delivered in line with SLAs.Skills required
Strong attention to detail, quick and numerical accuracy
Confident Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable working to KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
Organised, proactive, and a strong team playerDesirable
Previous admin or data entry experience
SAP and/or Salesforce experience
A-levels or equivalent
