What You'll Do:
As the Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in:
Providing Executive Support:- Coordinate monthly faculty Officer meetings and identify relevant discussion topics.
- Handle queries related to faculty work and conduct research.
- Draught correspondence, reports, and briefings as required
Governance Coordination:- Offer comprehensive committee servicing support, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Draught interim reports and facilitate discussions at board meetings.
Delivery of Faculty Work:- Collaborate with teams to support the faculty's Annual Plan objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with members and oversee budget-related expenditures.
Partnership Working:- Provide secretariat support to partnership boards and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and maintain relationships with relevant bodies.
Who We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
A-Level or equivalent education with strong literacy and numeracy skills. π
Experience in administration and secretarial roles, particularly within complex environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to manage committee administration.Key Qualities:
