Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team, including the CEO, Managing Director, and Group Finance Director.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring management of complex diaries, coordination of priorities, and enabling the Exec team to focus on driving the business forward. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, comfortable handling confidential information, and proactive in anticipating needs.

Role Responsibilities
Executive Support
-Provide full EA support to the CEO, MD, and Group Finance Director.
-Proactively manage complex and changing diaries, ensuring priorities are balanced and time is used effectively.
-Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, packs, and follow-up actions where required.
-Act as a key point of contact for the Exec team, managing communications and responding on their behalf when appropriate.
Meetings, Travel & Events
-Organise UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
-Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and senior-level events, including logistics and materials.
-Track actions from key meetings, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
Business & Administrative Support
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
-Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial or board documentation.
-Process expenses, invoices, and approvals for the Exec team.
-Assist with ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required.
Systems & Ways of Working
-Help streamline executive processes, introducing structure, tools, and best practices.
-Build and maintain trackers, schedules, and systems that support effective decision-making and planning.
-Act as a trusted partner to the Exec team, flagging risks, clashes, or gaps early.
