Executive Assistant (Governance)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in housing associations and governance support to provide high-level, confidential assistance within a regulated public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas and briefing papers.

Support governance functions, including the organisation and administration of Board, Committee, and Sub-Committee meetings.

Produce and collate high-quality board packs, ensuring papers are accurate, complete, and issued within agreed deadlines.

Take accurate minutes at Board and Committee meetings, capturing decisions, actions, and key discussion points.

Maintain governance calendars, action logs, and statutory registers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and constitutional requirements.

Act as a key point of contact between executives, board members, and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times.

Support governance reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions where required.
About You

Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant within a housing association or similar regulated public sector organisation.

Strong understanding of housing association governance, including Board and Committee structures.

Excellent minute-taking skills, with experience of complex or formal meetings.

Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with the confidence to manage competing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident approach.

Highly discreet, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

Able to work from the NW London office in line with service requirements.
