This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, well‑established organisation on the outskirts of St Albans, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality conferences and supporting wider office operations.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position, you will support the end‑to‑end delivery of conferences — from liaising with venues and speakers to preparing delegate materials and coordinating post‑event activities.

· Salary: £30,000 depending on experience
· Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, office based, some flexibility around hours for the right candidate

Key responsibilities:
· Coordinate conference logistics with venues, speakers, sponsors and AV teams.
· Prepare conference materials, presentations and delegate documentation.
· Manage post‑event tasks including feedback analysis and sponsor reports.
· Raise invoices for sponsors and venue commissions.
· Maintain website and virtual conference content, including uploads and CPD certificates.
· Handle delegate enquiries and provide general office and marketing support.
