Administrator – Wickford – Permanent – Up to £28,000 per annum - Full Time
We are working with a growing and well established client who is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team based in Wickford. You will be at the heart of the team, providing essential administrative support, helping daily operations run smoothly, and contributing to the success of the business. Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for someone who is willing to learn about logistics, customs, and operational processes and develop a long-term career.
What You Will Be Doing:

Providing general administrative support to the team

Handling queries from internal and external stakeholders

Maintaining accurate records and files

Tracking tasks and providing updates as required

Organising collections, deliveries, or meetings

Building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers

Managing related administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and correspondence
What We Are Looking For:

Previous administrative experience

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn about logistics and customs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in office administration, operations, or customer service is essential
