Our client is a thriving and fast-paced company based in South Ockendon, Essex area. We are seeking a Part Time Administrator / Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive administrator to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ leadership function.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Part Time Administrator / PA you will manage a wide variety of complex tasks, requiring excellent organisation, adaptability, and initiative. Your core duties will include:

Providing high-level administrative support to the MD, ensuring their time is optimised and priorities are effectively managed.

Coordinating and managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.

Managing multiple conflicting priorities and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the MD with confidence and clarity.

Support with other areas of the business i.e. Recruitment, HR i.e. employee contracts being sent out, chasing references etc, organisation of events.

Proactively identifying areas where support is needed and taking the initiative to resolve issues efficiently.

Overseeing project management tasks, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time.

Assisting with event planning, both internal and external, including logistics, materials, and attendee coordination.

Managing inboxes, filtering communications, and prioritising urgent matters.
